Cancellation
Please note that all tickets are Non refundable

Flight Tranfers
Passengers can transfer reservations for an administration fee (that will be determined by Elysian Airlines) per passenger, per one-way flight, plus any difference in the total cost of the flight applicable at the time the change is made. If the available fare is lower on the new flight, no refund will be made.

Online Booking
Online bookings made by passengers are only valid after confirmation of payment has been made by the Elysian Airlines office. We will only hold your provisional booking for 24 hours only, if payment is not made you will be removed from our flight list.

Checked Baggage
Checked baggage should meet health and safety regulations. Passengers are entitled to a 20kg baggage allowance.

Cabin Baggage
Only one piece of cabin baggage is accepted and must meet the following requirements:
Each adult passenger is allowed one piece of cabin baggage carried on board the aircraft weighing NO more than 5 Kg.
