Check-in
We recommend check-in 2 hours before departure. Our check-in desks close exactly 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. Passengers who present themselves after check-in has closed WILL NOT be allowed to board the flight and will forfeit their seat. No refund or free transfer will be given.
We require all passengers to provide a valid form of photographic ID at check-in on all flights.
Boarding
We operate a free-seating policy which means that you can choose where you sit on the aircraft. Elysian Airlines operates a strict priority boarding system and you will be boarded by the order in which you checked-in.
Name Changes
Names of passengers may be changed on payment of a “name change” fee (that will be determined by Elysian Airlines) per passenger, per journey up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure of that flight. In addition, if there is a difference between the original fare paid and the current fare available at the time the change is made, the customer will be required to pay any increase in fare since the original booking. No refund will be made if the new fare is lower.
Names of passengers can be changed by going to the office sales desk at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time by the original ticket holder including identity.
